I get the message after second power on phone: Fatal error phone need security data ??? all 5 locks are closed

hmmm, after flashing it imei is : 099999123456011 ??????

U damadged phone with some other soft and thats why imei reseted itself to default. You must repair first the phone in order to unlock. If u need further guidance please let me know.
