Why such a long wait for account activation?


Hi

Why there is such a delay in issuing user name and password for activating the software?. I bought my dongle yesterday, registered my dongle and sent mail to support yesterday and sent another reminder today but so far no reply.

Please give me some ides how long before I can expect to have the user name and password.

I bought the Furios dongle after reading all the raves about the software on this forum so can't wait to have a go. Please give me the user name & paswword so that I can activate the software.

My dongle only say : FURIOUSDONGLE.COM - STEVE HASP not found
I have contact my resseller but can't help me . I need file to install my HASP driver it is HASP version 1.31. I have send you my serial number

Same Here Have Been Waiting For Nearly Two Weaks And Have Sent My Info Twice And Have Still Not Recieved, All The Leads Where Porly Made Very Bad Qaulity When I Contact My Reseller They Told Me To Contact Furious Team Direct As They Issue The Leeds Am Very Dissapointed With

Man try to understand, its not wrong on support or quality of the product, they are humans and they need vication as you, you have also taken vication from your job right? so do they, don't complaint them when they get back they will help you until you got satisfied.
