Could I unlock Alcatel OT 383a:

I mean at support there is not flashes for this model:

Could I flash it with: 383x_ALNC1_366_Firmware(EN_FR_ES_IT_DE).zip to get it unlocked ???

By the way, is there anyway to make it work in 900 MHz frequency band ???
