U990 unlocking error

sir please add this firmware version its not supported

computer port problem

just try using another computer usb port
also delete unused usb port
make sure phone port number is under 10
power off / on phone and try again

same problem

port already set in #9 and already tried in my laptop same thing i think its not port problem because in OTHER gadget this error occur

sir READ botton is disabled so what option should i use to READ phone flash?

clic unlock
when polar will found unsupported firmware will begin reading automaticly (reading process can take more then 1h)

software STOPS in error connecting phone it doest continue reading process any idea?

done that also tried in other pc same thing

yes sir LOG is from different gadget i posted it just to prove it that there is no problem in port,pc,communication with phone,etc...
