CAnt use Polarbox2.. [ANSWERED]
 

hello ive polarbox2 already registered but i cannot access to polar software... all driver (polarboxmicro and ftdi) are correctly installed but when I try to launch software nothing appear ... maybe only 1 second and then disappear...
i dont understand why...
i have temaviewer if y want . Thank you very welll

what box u have ?? polar 3 or polar 2 metal white or polar 2 plastic or polar 2 metal white + P3 ??

I have the same problem. My box is polar 2 metal white+P3.
I've used the box recently. Everything was still good.

Tell me how to fix this problem.

open box, remove dongle and put it back then test again,
if still same then u have a driver conflict, so better use a clean windows

polar box 2 metal not work with new updates any more, u need to buy P3 dongle for activate it again
