I have working with your Great and Powerful Box
for 3 month till now
i have no many problem with it in working or flashing or repairing
its almost my lovely

Box and my best Tool
- just i cant find too many arabic files in support
and i found them in many other supports i don't know why ?!

now i have one small prob
alcatel C701x
phone was dead . after many retries flashing and repairing
now phone go on , but hang on alcatel logo and restart again

phone is in good status and i dont think it is a hard problem
anybody can help here with good idea

1.tick option of Repair phone during flash and repair phone killed during flash TO FORCE FLASHING(identify backup by imei in directory X:\Program Files\Polar Suite\Backups\Alcatel) [ POLAR MAKE BACKUP IN FIRST TIME ]

2. select appropriate firmware FROM SUPPORT C701a for 850/1900 band [ LATIN AMERICA ] and C701x for 900/1800 band [ EUROPE ]

Phone just wakeup after your answer
with
" repair phone killed during flash "
but i tried it yesterday and not working

Now all ok
thanx Great Team

and about arabic lang files can i send here full flash for phones that need
arabic to add them or do it with other tool

But i prefer your Box

get this file from support section: اC701x_Unbrand_19xx_Firmware_Unlocked(EN_FR_TU_ARA B1_ARAB2).zip then flash your phone following what suunnyy says. -luck-
