forgeton passe word. i cant read plock with polar box . the cable, driver and softwere work corectly because i get the codes for other f480 phones.
-did i need to go in usb mode to read plock
-if yes , is there is any way to get usb mode without typing *& #
because i cant do that in this case.

How about manual reset man
just type *2767*3855# try witout sim,

hi friend---------------phone status off
1.press 9 and power on buttons
2.phone screen will appear blue
3.connect cable now to phone and polar box
4.press on software now read plock

just flash ur phone code ll remove ,many time tested it takes just 5 minutes, if u dont have flasher and file just tell me i ll upload .

after many tries I made this:
volum+camera+power
I get blue screen and i entered download mode, but polar he codent read the plock : error code not readed
is this mode same as usb mode?
any way i told you this manipulation may be usefull for some one
i wait for m, gorr also to advice

now i told u yes i need this files if posible i thing in this mode :boot loader download, I can flash it
I have also ust2 but i canot write flash it stop with error message
