I need to reed the user code but i can conect phone with polar

appears only this after 1 sec

then i suggest u to use usb cable, put phone in Qualcom Mode... *#782872# and press READPLOCK button

how i put in Qualcom mode if when i power the phone ask me the security code? i can use *# ?

phone ask for security code with and without sim !!!
if yes, use sim that phone accept or any test card

so i have put the sim card and a test card but when i insert the sim card and put the pin code or the test card no pin code only the phone ask the security code i can use *# in the same i try read pusercode and is the same

no need any card just reflash it with tested firmware u problem resolved

if phone still ask for code then u not put the correct card, cause phone must have 1 card to work with (ask customer)

anyway, if this not help then do what W][e][R suggest u, (flash and flasher already posted free in forum) no other way
