How can i unlock a c701 if when i push the pwr the phone power on.... and the software tell me:



Connecting ...


ERROR Phone Not Conected..

Phone Disconnected ...

-Surely u are pressing the power on key b4 sofware ask.
-Make sure ur battery is full charged and No other Box/dongle is connected to Pc except Polar box.
-Press and hold the power on key only when software says press the power on Botton till finish

After that you PolarBox2 detect the movil as @rotelcam said, download a flash C701x_Unbrand_1Xxx_Firmware_Unlocked or C701a_Unbrand_1Xxx_Firmware_Unlocked from support as appropriate to the model of your phone and flashing, then your mobile will be unlocked.
