Please help do factory settings with LG KM500 i use cable kg800 but soft say error

yes i understand this, but phone not power on fully it stays in logo KM500 what about this problem ?

Hello,

For executing Factory Settings Phone Must be Fully Powered ON Connected..
In Your Case it Stays On StartUp Logo ...U need to Solve this Issue First Flashing Your Phone..After that u can proceed With Normal Operations.!

No U Cant ..U see When Phone is Connected with Polar Soft for LG After Connection is Done u will see the possible Operations button Highlighted..
