Sometimes is difficult (or have different way) to enter unfreeze code, so check in forum way for enter in your S3650 (me i not have one unit freezed in hands for check and confirm you exact process) I bet after enter UNFREEZE phone will be working and without problems | |

This initial log that you posted at first, problem is that you not leave phone POWER ON completely. For start process of unlock phone must be totally booted, if not polar cant read IMEI and show corrupted codes. Correct way is press POWER ON, wait 10-15 seconds and start unlock process (READCODES), at this way always will read codes properly. With best regards, \W3nd|g0 | |
