where can this flashfile i cant find this firmware on the support server any advise can me alot

Please start Polar_Sat and access download zone

Goto Flash files ->Alcatel ->355x_Unlock_Unbrand

Download file "Samsung and Toshiba Flash IC"

hello support team ineed your help could anyone help me with this firmware 355X-2CRGKE1 i have tried all files in this section but the phone bricks and switches off any help can assist me i have tried on three pieces with that firmware using files at the suppiort but getting the same result help please gorr and the team

these phones nolonger show enter network key but insted simlocked, read codes button is not highligted i thing because provider unknown and language unknown let me wait for possible solution from the team

but even enabled it will not help u, cause ur phone not ask for nck
