Thanks by your advice my friend but this was worst. In Qualcom mode is the same message but at the moment. ĻERROR... Phone Not ConnectedĻ

Uninstall all Samsung drivers and reinstall using drivers downloaded from Polar Support Site........Nothing, the same message.

Now Iīm using the last update............Nothing, the same message.

Maybe later I try in other PC.

Any idea??????

Any way, thanks Polar Team. The Gorr, Fistro and Y3KT (Almost a Polar Supporter) by yours advices and help. We continue trying.

Hi

You need put phone in qualcom mode (with keyboard sequence) and install qualcom drivers

Access Control panel->System->Hardware->Disp.Adm.
You need this 2 ports:

1 - Modem Samsung (In Modems)
2 - Diag Comport (In Ports COM&LPT)

I think you not have Diag Comport installed Ok

You can testing change Usb port and testing you cable

Thanks both Fistro and The Gorr.

Of course that I know how remove drivers but the problem was that I unistall all Samsung drivers and still run automatically.
The solution was very simple, the delay of my post because I only can connect to Internet at night.
I change ZTE drivers manually and one by one using Qualcom drivers of Polar Support Site.

Now all is ok. Here is an screen capture of the devices connected:

And here is an image of Polar Soft:

Thanks all by his advices and Thanks Like Always Polar Team.

Polar never fail. Sometimes we fail with Polar. Thatīs all the problem.

Best Regards....................aslam870
