how can i unlock v720. program say error phone not connected . how can i unlock it. process please

connect ur phone
install driver
check if ur phone port number is under number 10 (if not, change it)
run polar suite (last update 2.1.6)
select ur model
press read code or unlock

when i connect phone to pc .pc dont dont instaal any driver. also from where can i download driver . i am using v720 usb jpg cable thanks

if pc don't ask for driver, then how u want install driver
check ur phone connector and cable
