Not, if it is polarbox3 it is not necesary dongle, it´s only for version polarbox2 metal white. Only you need credits or licence for unlock some devices if you have a polarbox3 grey.

no es necesario el dongle para la versión de polarbox3 sólo para la versión blanca de metal que era la antigua polarbox2, para la 3 basta con comprar créditos o licencia, para el desbloqueo de algunas marcas y modelos.

How will m box be updated with the new licenses?

At the moment you close the buy, you must show the serial number of your box, and they can activate the gold licence to box. It is the same process for the buy of credits.

En el momento de cerrar la compra, en la casilla observaciones normalmente, debes escribir el serial de tu caja,donde se activará la licencia, así ellos sabrán a que número de caja deben aplicarla, lo mismo si se compran créditos, es el mismo procedimiento.
