please flash your phone firmware with the new one (MAIN and FS) and don't forget to tick "Finalization" that only cost 1 log.

no is not possible, loaders not allow it.
Difference between OTP CID and EROM CID is that OTP CID are factory burned in OTP flash area(can be programmed once) EROM CID is stored in phone flash and when SE programmers detect some holes in security then they prepare new signature for loaders,flashes etc. for new CID. If user want to have latest firmware in his phone then he is presured to change EROM CID to newest one, otherwise flashes will not be accepted.
CID is just number what mean security level.
