Now the files are corrupted, i need the software R1JC002 and the file is corrupted.
i have fu..ed 1 operation and the clock don't stop.

I did not say "bad service". I happen to use Kulankendi and think its very good service
I just said to him to buy another credit because the problem started with "his" mistake to put Z710 files on Z610 phone and I said it was not Kulankendi at fault!!
