z170 unlock problem :/

Hello, ia have problem with unlocking z170, it hangs on: Phone detected.Mode:
Qualcomm. I have reinstall drivers and put phone comm ports 3 and 4. I have also flashed phone with 3 firmwares, also tryingo on another computer.

Please help

there was some similar problem in past on forum, as I remember there was changed "factory preconfiguration" and other things was USB mode changed in phone menu. So first try:

1. go to menu and find any menu with communication or transfer and check for connection mode and change it to other
2. try code *#197328640# and look if there is any preconfiguration menu, if exists then change to other setting
