Samsung SGH-P910 unlock help

I purchased the login info in order to use the Multi-client, I got the various codes from the application and I typed them in the phone, but once I insert the Vodafone Italy SIM card it tells me "network lock". The phone is locked on 3 Italy (H3G Italy).
What is the step-by-step procedure to enter the various codes? Does the SIM card have to be in or out? If it must be in, which one? The 3 SIM card or the Vodafone SIM card? Could it be that the codes are not correct?

Many thanks in advance.

when phone ask for network lock(with simcard inserted) then enter it(only code)
if U have removed simcard then use code with key combination what server give. Like:

Unlock Network: #7465625*638*68153519#
