Unlocking huawei E160 modem


HI guys i juct bought a E160 modem and its sim locked. I have been looking for a unlocking software without luck. I managed to unlock the E220 but trying the same attempt on E160 gets me no where. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

E160 is supported, just select HUAWEI from drop down list in KK client and click UNLOCK, it will take few sec. before operation remove simcard before connect modem, otherwise simlock status will be wrong displayed.

Hi, i'm trying to unlock my Huawei E156g usb stick. After remove simcard i put the usb stick and launch KK multiclient - PCMCIA/EXPRESSCARD/USBMODEMS and select HUAWEI. But everytime i select read info or unlock the same message is displayed: LOOKING FOR PHONE........ERROR DETECT COMS PORTS....TRY TO RESTART THE SYSTEM.

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Drivers must be installed correctly
uninstalled drivers restart PC connect modem in other port then try
