I trie to unlock LG KU990 Viewty
but when a make phone info I have already :

Looking for phone...
Phone not found.

When i disconnect phone i have this message

Looking for phone...
Error: Detect COM ports - Try to restart system!

What to do ...

Check Seetings & Select Port Modem From there !
Please if you have many installed modems remove them & install Driver from Support !
This model tested many times & work OK !

I had the same problem , but Ive used drivers from site and all up and running .Thanx guys
