Alcatel OT C550x Permanently sim blocked ?
 

i have Alcatel OT C550x when i put sim that show me this Permanently sim blocked . plz help me about this, which cable use for this. show its picture. we waiting for a good answer.:rolleyes:

ot-5021e dual sim also permnent block sim slot 1

the good things is the slot 2 is already openline

so why we need to unlock that the slot 2 is already unlock
