pleas whats solution
i have this f490 freez i test 1.60 unlocker phone unlocked but phone freez
and code reader 2.53b

use EU 3G Direct Unlocker online code reader latest version

1: connect combo cable to phone

2: set port1 for Samsung CDMA Modem and Port2 for COM port

3: power off the phone, then power it on

4: when phone start power on, it will be directly detected by your PC,before it show "phone freeze" click "START" button

phone is unlocked

this trick is to unlock phone when it start power on and detected,
before it show "phone freeze" message in the screen,

i have same problem, i ask costomer about simcard how is locked after i put it he inter menu i unlocked he give phone freez code&unlock code,

other method i use it see at port manager wer you see phone detcted then quickly star unlock not user ""code reader"" whose Z170 repeat this step i unlock more F490 freezed phone good chance
