E207 CAN'T be unlocked with EU-box - GSM-Forum

hi to all
today I got 1 alcatel E207 to unlock but I can't unlock it with eu-box, I already unlock this model with easy but this one still no success
can any one tell me what to do plz
the phone is all new but can't connect with soft
