allways problem update dongel i lose my time and costomer now wat i do ? a come at your team to update dongel ? or waiting free solution W/O dongel realy i am tired to update next time just mak easy solution for your easy unlocker box (easy unlocker box) (hard update box) JE SUIS FATIGUE DE VOTRE BOX MERCI POUR HARD UPDATE

and 'since yesterday that I try to update the dongle and I always this error.
I disabled antivirus and firewall windows, continues to give me error, please resolve this problem.

and if I click on enter support, does not enter either in support, does not open the page.
