select j800, press power on the phone ?!

I put it in qualcomm mode conected with usb cable, but dont understand...
phone must be off connected with usb ?! and how to select samsung port with power off phone?

for Qualcomm mode you need to Select "Diagnostics Interface Port" you can check port no. in Device Manager

on your video sample are not select diagnostics interface port it is selected USB serial port ?!

how you can explane that , does this phone are fully supported or it is just marketing trick ?
