Problems with com ports on eu box
 

I am trying to unlock samsung A707 with the EU box using the 3G online code reader. Port 1 should be samsung CDMA modem and 2 should be the usb serial port. I could only get these port options.
COM1 (communications port)
COM4(Lucent Win Modem)
COM6(sphere GSM Fighter cable)
LPT1(ECP Printer Port)
When I tried with these ports I got the error message:
Can't get CRYPTKEY:confused:

in PORT 2 you must select the port where you have BOX CONNECTED, when you connect box to PC it creates COM VIRTUAL PORT based in the USB port, sometimes you use FIGHTER DRIVERS to recognize box, other times you get something like USB <-> COM or if you correct installed box with correct drivers just get a COM PORT NUMBER, check where is your case, that based in your words seems to be the SPHERE GSM FIGHTER CABLE and do jobs ....

When it ask for Drivers, choose "Install the software Automatically" if there is compatible drivers, if it doesnt found, choose "install from a list or specific location". then browse the driver. And install "Samsung_USB_Driver_Installer". before unlock

Finally I got my EU box to work. However, I now have problem with opening the software. I kept getting the message you need the license to activate. I have activated the remote client and got license but I still get the same message. Can anybody please help?

I still have problem getting the right com port- Samsung CDMA modem.
I have tried to install the samsung usb driver where there are 3 files:
samsung CDMA madem
sansung mobile usb modem
samsung pc studio which has 3 files-usb drivers- 1, 2. 3
Which of these do I need to install to unlock samsung A707?

try to see me in my office if you're in Ibadan. You need a little training on this which might not be tottaly solved here with your level of understanding. Wa ri mi ki nso nto ma se.

i have installed the cdma samsung driver but it did not come up on the com port. however, the micrsoft scanner and camera started up.Thanks.
