Which extractor program you used, because same problem here. All files corrupted and can't be extracted.

If download using client 1.31 all files present error while extract, if download from www.easy-unlocker.net everything is ok.

just run EU Client Software or to support area (i hope you'll found) or use search button many links was posted for this,

the main problem to all is before extract change exention samsung.zip then extract it m faced same problem after change its extension problem solved
