problem with update dongle! - GSM-Forum

i try to update dongle with remote update client v 1.21 but i can't do this:

Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Can't connect to server!

Check your internet connection or try again later...

my connection internet working and server working becose if i click get license files it working:

Connected to server

Saving file: license_4EBC844B_6000_Grundig.dat
Saving file: license_4EBC844B_6100_Alcatel_OTE_***.dat
Saving file: license_4EBC844B_6200_Samsung.dat
Saving file: license_4EBC844B_6300_Philips.dat
Saving file: license_4EBC844B_6400_LG.dat

OK - all available licenses were saved to the current folder

Disconnected from server
i test in 2 pc and i don't know what is the problèm please help me!

sorry, now its ok all done :

Available version: 01.00.06/2007.09.17

OK - Dongle successfully upgraded!

New dongle version: 01.00.06/2007.09.17

Disconnected from server

possible server is slow!?

server have big simultaneous connections at anytime that can make slower a few seconds your operations but nothing else :-) best regards !!
