Please use this drivers and not the one from your DVD's, because on DVD could be older version of drivers and/or missing drivers.

UBL driver is located here:

Download Motorola P2K new drivers (with auto install) from here:
http://www.ultimabox.org/Motorola_Driver_v2.9.0.zip

L6/L7 iMode phones driver (Mitsubishi based Motorola phones):
http://www.ultimabox.org/L6_L7_iMode_Drv.zip

Driver for AC101 UBL USB cable for ODM models:
http://www.ultimabox.org/UBL_PL2303_driver.zip
