how to flash C380 (R364) with UBL, please explain step by step, which file to use?

flash with FB 3.0,use backup file from another phone 100% work
I try use UBL phone dead now,..Flash ok When Press #+*+Power Show SW not found..

try this my phone live again hehehe........
1. Repair
2. Write 1FF file R364_07.B0.bla...bla..bla
3. Write reflash+lang file

can u explain more detail what file for 1FF and reflash+lang?
