i need help how to use read info button because i try to read info from v3r and v360 and only error i give.
what is the way to read info

Phone should be in normal mode powered on, and not in flash boot mode.

Can you post more details about errors you get, or a screenshoot?

when i connect phone{power on}i get this message
how to fix this problem
