Close the software down
reopen it

Mine was'n at 100% , maybe its final when you are at 100 % sorry can't be more helpfull try pm Manole

From the info you gave i can not help you. I dont know where is your problem.

What is your UBL serial number and who is your reseller?

In the mean time we try find your serial in server logs, cant.
I think you have problem with your ISP, i am not sure, try change it.

my box also can't reset with new version soft. please help it still at 33%.

i buy it on August 2007 from EM5(Wang Year) serial number is:200A31BC
