C139 Connection problem with NEW USB CABLE

Hi,

I have purchased new USB cable for ODM phones from my reseller. Still I get the same connection error with COM CABLE also.

I am confused what to do. The cable was purchased for unlocking C139, C117 but failed with this cable.

UBL team please guide me. I've installed cable driver, changed USB ports, ReInstalled Motorocker 2.17 and still the problem persists.

Also my friend want to purchase UBL but due to this problem I am not able to recommend him.

early reply will help me a lot.

Thanks.

Regards...........
