just downloading some files from support and when its done 51% just getting this error ... is this bug or ....

All Right but look in both updates never show about improved or error fix , latest update for some without TP phones

any way i use latest version and see .... but no difference between both EXE

Which file makes you a problem ? Tell me and i will check.

Please try to run the program from a location on your hard drive without spaces ( for exampe c:\motoroker NOT c:\moto rocker\ )
Also please save the file to a location like this ( not the desktop or other similar places ).

Tell us exactly how you can generate this error!
Check you are an administrator or have enough rights on that computer.
Check if some files in software directory are write protected.

Post results here,

P.S. Also check default for your computer to be English ... many programs gives errors because of this.
