support is dead u can't even download a file from SUREGOT server coz there is nothing to download accept language files so better try any other service and best to buy the rocker dongle that is UBL. coz this service S*** thats true my brother. no update no support no files only login and password selling is on.

if u GOT any problem u have to make it at your own coz no one here helps from support.

If you bought from 1 of reseller listed in GOT web page you need to contact him.
As i know , because of paypal frauds , most of resellers ask you for more details to be able to verify you and in this case you will need contact again reseller.
