Sagmaster Rebuild Problem

My sagmaster serial ?????????????????/
And when i start rebuild all time i see this mesage


Looking For AtMega32 ...Found
Test Device:
- Run Test 0 ...Ok
- Run Test 1 ...Ok
- Run Test 2 ...Ok
- Run Test 3 ...Error

- MSG: DEVICE READY TO REBUILD!

Rebuilding Device:

- ERROR: SERVER'S OFF-LINE!

SAME PROBLEM ONLY THAT MINE IS SERVER OFF- LINE.
