problem installing SMTi - GSM-Forum

Hi All,

After formatting my PC I tried to install SMTI 13v29 I could not make the software run again.
I tried to install a new driver but the same problem.
There is not message or any thing it like it just won't run. I un-installed bitdefender and run the installtion again. I disabled the windows firewall and nothing.
Any help please?

Disable your antivirus & Download latest SMTi Installer then should work !!

SMTi Installer V16.40

all happend by sudern,my smti started displaying device not found.please help

"Device not Found" = SMTi Box not detected at all !! Check your usb cabel , use direct connection with pc (Usb hubs not adviced) !!

Thanks for the advise,but my problem is not yet solved.i hv plugged it direc to pc
