i cant unlock on com port with smti 'error openning com port
 

when i connect a 411x phone for exemple software ask to remove baterie and put it back continue?when i click on yes,it ask me to power on phone ,what i do and after that show "starting loading certificat....done and stop,after that i can read "error opening com port .please help cause i don't know what is exactly the problem because comport is detected at beginning and process stop few secondes after.

Please use diffrent port & try again !! (you can check with other FTDi interface)

don't use com1 use other virtual com

it used to happen with me prefer to use smti usb interface is the best rj45 seems to have problem with speed

try and get fast universal comport and try again. just the matter of speed.
all is ok
