First be sure that you are using Admin session !
& Check if you have other FTDi devices connected (Disconnect them) & use only SMTi Box !

I get the same message "Privileged instruction . or Access violation at 0057B3C. Reas of address 0057B3C" when pressing "DETECT COM PORT".

how it works SRT Tool? with USb cable or direct com ports?
