SMTi Users important Notice about "Forced HS Device"Option
 

Note that some old/new phones that have a problem on unlock like "Check Test Point" error message could appear always if that model have new cpu like :

I have a problem myc5-3 its say Check Test Point . what can i do?

Same thing for some old models that have new cpu like myC5-3 , so try with "Forced HS Device" option .

Software don't run at all with new version. What can I do. I tried with dongle plugged and unplugged also, the sw don't run.

You have to check your Pc , specialy Antivirus , if not , try download latest version SMTi v:.12.24 Installer

I tried the installer, same thing. I used 12v22 until now and worked OK. System is clear, no antivirus. Problem is that I don't have 12v22 anymore and I can't use SMTi at all. If you still have 12v22 please give me a link to get my jobs done until I solve the problem.
