cannot remove CELL PH0NE ic

the given below procedure is practically checked by me as per the instructions from the jovy system manual.
first of all we start the mechine and wait five minutes for before starting the procedure.and then put the board on the mechine. andalso put the thermo coupler nearer to the IC. next we start the lower heater in reflow mode.
in reflow mode the lower heater time taken upto 15 minutes for reaching 80degree temp, and in fast reflow mode it was taken 9minutes.
next we start the upper heater(the mechine in level 3). it was taken 20minutes(including L.H.time) for reaching 140degree temp but IC was cannot removed.then it was go to sleep mode
until we connected the USB mode for using contol rom software. we select the lead free profile and run this it was reaches 210degree temp but the time taken was upto 20minutes. in this profile the graph shown in three stages to reach this temprture but the IC cannot removed and the board was damaged.
we set the mechine in sleep mode in 20 minutes.
we are tried this procedure for model no 6600 uem IC.
