Member: 1794406 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Where to repair BGA pads? I think i might have damaged few pads when i pulled BGA64 chip from board. Is it possible at all to fix it? Programmer shows 4 bad connections on one chip and 10 on the other chip. Thanks |
