also check witch network phone is locked to..

if it's airtel then there is no direct unlock possible..

airtel locks are hardcoded in the firmware of the c140 phone, so you have to flash it with normal "unbranded" version first and then unlock by smart-sam ;)

Some C140's from india have another PCB and backhousing construction. Check if the phone goes on, if not, then you might make the pins longer to get contact with the PCB.

flash with infinity then unlock easy.
