phone wont go into qualcomm mode

i turn on phone without sim. press *#782872# and nothing happens. When i pressed the # after the 782872 nothing happens. the lcd display just says *#782872#

How do i get my nzv40 into qualcom. What should happen with phone/lcd display after *#782872# is typed?

what do you choose in the program to unlock?
please choose 3G-old in the list and try.

I think it's not needed to put this phone in qualcomm mode
thank you
