Ofcorse free like all other UMTS with ultima sam clip only need turn phone in qualcomm mode and unlock with normal microUSB cable.

Anothere phone done ok via E71 usb and Qualcomm Modem driver installed .

Make Sure u have driver install .
*#782872# remove cable and put it back and make sure u see the modem in device manager leave the screen on there .
Now
Select 3g New(u700 and newer)
Press Unlock & when it bring the popup to put phone in Qualcomm mode ,just reconnect USB ( OR enter*#782872# reconnect USB)

Unlocked a few T Mobile branded fine.

Tried to unlock a Vodafone UK Branded and it kept failing,

I found a Generic flash file flashed it with that and then it unlocked fine.

if anyone needs help with this give me a shout.

getting an error for one s8300,,software just stays at analaizing?, done a few that have worked fine but this one keeps failing.

hi, ive tried to unlock a s8300 on orange UK but it wont unlock, ive installed the qualcomm drivers but still keeps saying qualcom modem not found when device manager shows it as being installed. i also tried to update the clip and it wont connect to server - is the server down?

any help would be great

Just Flash it with Genaric file and then unlock and it will be ok .

How to flash :-

Press 9 & Pwr on key and connect cable
Run Downloader V5.44
Select 2nd Option (MSM6275/MSM6280/MSM6290)
Select Full Download
Select files & press Download

Try to change the port and retry,if not try to change the system and try .
