Problem Unlocking U800 - Please Help

Trying to Unlock Brand new u800
all drivers installed with qualcom drivers, but get the below, tried many times.

Thanks mate for your reply.... not sure where the product supprters are when users need help!

Can you tell me where to get the unbranded Firmware and just a quick instuction on flash procedure...... i have had no luck with this Ultimate sam clip since i have bought it!

U800XXHF3 you have here on forum or you google for it
and the flasher ==> Multi Loader 5.32 or 5.33 etc

1. Make sure you have FastMultiLoader v5.32 or v5.33, SGH-U800 flash file and the original samsung USB cable that came with the phone.

2. Connect the USB cable to your computer and install the USB drivers, unless they are already installed.

3. Remove the battery,simcard and memory card. Replace battery, Hold no.9 on keypad and press power button,Attach your phone to the USB cable, download" will be shown on your phone's screen.

4. Run the FastMultiLoader v5.32 or v5.33

5. Select the radio button, which lists MSM6275/MSM6280.

6. Tick Full Download then click Boot and select the boot files which are inside the folder containing the flash files

7. Click the Amss, Rsrc1, Rsrc2 and Factory FS buttons and select the appropriate files. Select (Low).r2c rather than (Mid).r2c. FOTA and ETC fields should contain no file.

8. Click the Port Search button so that the connected COM port is shown as Ready.

10. Click the download button on the FastMultiLoader v5.32 orv5.33 window.

11.When it's done it says "ok complete".

12.Unplug the USB cable, put the sim card and the battery back in and turn the phone on. It will initialise and restart by itself with the new firmware. To check your existing firmware type *#1234# into your handset.

Many thanks to FREE1600 for the advice, did manage to flash U800 with generic software,

BUT still getting the below and cannot perform unlock

what else can i do and what does "failed proceeding..

Sorry bro perhaps don't work for it (new version???) Have you ticked the bypass with MSLCODE ?

and what cable you use try with E210 combo cable rj45 + usb ?
and have pc studio mode activated in phone
settings usb connection
Perhapses someone can advice ???

After Flahing new firmware U800XXHF3 to Sam U800 with flasher ==> Multi Loader 5.33

The fone does not respond after switching on, freezes on memu screen,

1st cannot unlock using ultimate sam, now phone software problem.

problem after problem........

Also this is a brand new phone!!

can anyone help!!!!

did you flash the boot?

and why did you flash the phone for unlock?
you could have reseted the phone

This was what i told to do, see below, thanks

if you power on the phone is freezes ?
you can make a picture of the phone powered up?

@gsm_zone perhaps you can help better if you have an idea ?
I told him to flash the phone because I haved a issue like that and I flashed the phone and unlocked with the clip and worked for me

that's strange i never ever flash a samsung phone to unlock them(except when there was only was patch solution)

the problems that you can get when unlocking a qualcomm are
bluetooth is on
drivers are not installed correct
or other software problems
all can be solved by fully resetting the phone and reinstalling drivers
you can also try using a combo cable

you should never flash the boot
if you flash the boot the phone will die if its not compatible with the phone
the only solution is flashing by jtag to revive your phone

I tried to help by msn and if i remember well i already asked if bt is on and etc
... the drivers gived a headache ...(i maked print screens for help)
I know if you mess with the boot you can break the phone but i gived the link for the files that worked great for me with same phone ==>unbranded the phone and i unlocked with the clip
