Hi,

PC keeps asking for Data Interface drivers. They dont appear to be in with qualcomm drivers.

Also, when i connect phone to cable in qualcomm mode, it asks if i want to connect in pc suite mode, or mass storage etc etc!


Any ideas? Could some1 upload here drivers they are using please?

Managed to get it to work, but it doesnt unlock it, i still cant use other sim's on the phone.

use *2767*3855# it will be set default to pc suite after reset

for flashing phone will be in downloader mode ( 9 and pwr key )

But when i switch my phone on with another sim it says phone freeze call service provider.

S8300 not being found with Downloader V5.44 :)
 

:confused: Hi, have S8300 (t-mobile branded) Trying to debrand and unlock but cant get the phone to be recognised in downloader V5.44

I can get the Qualcomm drivers to install when the phone is connected in 'no sim' mode by USB.

I then pressed the *#782872# and then reconnected the USB cable - as I read to do

I then restarted the phone whist holding 9 and get the Boot Loader screen

at this point the qualcomm driver disserpers from device manager and when i try to reinstall it it fails.

I have the files all setup in Downloader V5.44 but the download button isnt selectable

any suggestions? - I feel like im so close but also so far :)

U need to install samsung modem driver it will work in the bootloader mode .

OK, where is this driver? is it on the disc that came with the phone ? or from the net somewhere?
