hi how can reset password on u800 as i cant put phone in qualcom mode thankyou

For resetting the password, you can attach the USB cable, the pc will detect it as Samsung CDMA modem. Choose 3G and newer press unlock and it will reset the password

hi ive tryed that just says samsung modem or qualcom drivers not found please put phone in qualcom mode by typing *hash782872hash

switch the phone off,
