well as many of you will no,i bought my ultimate sam recently..and encured alot of setting up problems..i got back some very helpfull repliies spent hours trying to get the problem solved,but to no avail!!

then i contacted SPITFIRE and he contacted me back, he is presently away on holiday..but still took his time out to help me, he took remote control of my computor and within 45 minutes had it all up and running,it was amazing to see the way he did this.never seen anything like this before...i must say that im still sitting here now amazed by what he did,i can only say this there are alot of great people out there selling mobile phone unlocking tools etc but as a novice to this set up these tools and it can become a little confusing for beginners..i really feel his help was the best i have ever been offered and without it i no i would not of got this problem solved on my own, as i dont no anyone near me who could help,as this box ultimate sam is a pretty new tool around for samsungs IM VERY SURE IT WILL SOON BE KNOWN AS THE BEST with service like i have reciaved tonight..i wish all re salers etc of unlocking tools could show this kind of care and skill and patiants when dealing with new customers like myself,wishing you all the best to ULTIMATE SAM TEAM and every bit of happiness YOU ALL DESERVE IT A VERY VERY VERY BIG THANKYOU to you especially spitfire and have a great holiday thankyou for youre time..pss please use this as a testimonal(sticky) for anyone thinking of buying youre product but like me sometimes do not have the required skill to get it up and running all the time..and if you are thinking of buying it WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR YOU WONT GET BETTER!!!!!!!
